These terms apply to your use of the WanderShield 360™ website and caregiver tools operated by Haveniq Technologies LLC d/b/a WanderShield 360. WanderShield 360 is in pre-launch pilot preparation. Commercial terms — including pricing, device purchase, subscription, cancellation, and warranty terms — are not yet settled and will be provided in separate final terms before any purchase or enrollment.
1. Pilot interest is not a purchase or guarantee
Submitting a pilot interest form is not an order, a purchase, or a contract for service. It does not guarantee acceptance into a pilot, availability, eligibility, timing, or pricing. Pilot participation, if offered, will be governed by separate written terms.
2. Device and monitoring service
We expect WanderShield 360 to consist of a GPS wearable device, which customers may own once purchased, and a separate monthly monitoring service subscription. Device ownership, subscription fees, billing, renewal, cancellation, returns, and warranty will be subject to future final terms that you will be able to review before agreeing.
3. Safety disclaimer — not a replacement for 911
WanderShield 360 is intended to support caregivers with location awareness. It is not a medical device and does not replace caregiver supervision, emergency services, 911, law enforcement, or professional medical care. It does not guarantee the prevention of wandering or the recovery of a person.
In an emergency, call 911 first. WanderShield 360 does not automatically contact 911, dispatch responders, or send information to emergency services.
4. Wireless and GPS limitations
Location reporting depends on device battery, cellular coverage, GPS signal, building and terrain conditions, proper wear and charging, and system availability. Locations may be approximate, delayed, or unavailable, and alerts may be late or not delivered. You agree not to rely on WanderShield 360 as your only safety measure.
5. Account security
If you receive an account, keep your login details confidential, use a strong password, and only grant family or caregiver access to people you trust. Tell us promptly at service@wandershield360.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use WanderShield 360 only to support the safety of a person you have legal authority or consent to care for. You may not:
- Track any person without legal authority or appropriate consent.
- Use the service to stalk, harass, or harm anyone.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
7. Intellectual property
The WanderShield 360 name, logo, website content, and software belong to Haveniq Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. All rights reserved.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and any pilot or demo features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability. Final disclaimers and liability terms will be included in the final service terms and are subject to legal review.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as WanderShield 360 approaches launch. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
