Haveniq Technologies LLC d/b/a WanderShield 360 · Draft for review, 2026
WanderShield 360™ is a caregiver-focused GPS safety service from Haveniq Technologies LLC ("we," "us"). We are currently in wearable testing and pilot preparation. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Some sections describe practices that will apply only if and when monitoring services are activated for you.
1. Information we collect
Caregiver contact details. When you request pilot information or contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, caregiver or organization type, area of interest, and preferred contact method.
Website information. Like most websites, our hosting providers may automatically record basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.
Location and device data (only if services are activated). If you later enroll in a WanderShield 360 service, the wearable and service may process GPS location, location history, safe-zone (geofence) settings and alerts, battery level, and connection status for the person wearing the device.
Account information (only if services are activated). Login details, caregiver and family-access settings, and emergency contact information you choose to provide.
2. Sensitive information and dependents
We try to collect as little sensitive information as possible. Our pilot inquiry form does not ask for diagnoses or medical details, and we ask you not to send detailed medical information through our website, email, or phone contact channels.
WanderShield 360 is intended for use by adult caregivers on behalf of loved ones, who may include older adults or children. Information about a loved one should be provided only by a parent, guardian, or caregiver with authority to do so. Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
3. How we use information
- Respond to pilot inquiries and contact you about availability, eligibility, and next steps.
- Send confirmation and service-related messages you would reasonably expect.
- If services are activated: show location, send safe-zone alerts, and display device status to authorized caregivers.
- Improve the service, including using pilot feedback.
- Keep our website and systems secure and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use trusted service providers to operate our business, such as website hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and a customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as HubSpot, to organize and follow up on inquiries. These providers process information on our behalf to perform those services.
If monitoring services are activated, location and device data may be processed by wireless network and location-platform providers needed to deliver the service.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect the safety of a person, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information. Any change to this practice would be disclosed in an updated policy before it takes effect.
5. Emergency situations
WanderShield 360 does not automatically send your information, photos, or location to 911, law enforcement, or emergency services. Caregivers decide what to share with responders.
6. Access controls and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including limiting access to people and providers who need it and restricting inquiry records so website visitors cannot view them. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim HIPAA compliance or any third-party security certification at this time.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your inquiry, providing services, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Specific retention periods will be confirmed before services launch.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. You can unsubscribe from non-essential messages at any time.
To make a request, email service@wandershield360.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as WanderShield 360 moves from pilot preparation toward launch. We will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
