Caregivers and the people they support come with a wide range of abilities. Haveniq Technologies LLC d/b/a WanderShield 360 is committed to making our website and caregiver tools usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a goal we are working toward; we have not yet completed an independent audit, and we do not claim verified conformance.
2. What we do
- Use clear headings, readable text sizes, and strong color contrast.
- Support keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
- Design for phones first, with large tap targets.
- Write in plain, calm language.
3. Known limitations
Some features, including demo and pilot tools, are still being built and may not yet be fully accessible. We review accessibility as we add features.
4. Reasonable accommodations
If anything on our site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, we will make reasonable efforts to help — for example, by talking through pilot information by phone or sending content by email.
